If your home is priced right, the listing is syndicated, the photos are professionally done, and you are willing to have your home shown when scheduled, it should surely sell.  There is a caveat to this. Within every market - there is a submarket. For Example: If homes in the $200,000 - 300,000 range are selling within 1 month, it doesn’t mean that a $550,000 home will sell in that same amount of time.
