The median sale price in each area varies - as does the available inventory of homes. Here in Tampa Bay we are in a sellers market. Meaning there is low inventory, and sellers have the upper hand. If your home is priced right, the listing is syndicated, the photos are professionally done, and you are willing to have your home shown when scheduled, it should surely sell.  There is a caveat to this. Within every market - there is a submarket.
