Why Won't My House Sell?

Your having trouble selling your house? We get this question a lot. There’s no magic answer, but we’ll try and explain. Each area of the country is different. The median sale price in each area varies - as does the available inventory of homes. Here in Tampa Bay we are in a sellers market. Meaning there is low inventory, and sellers have the upper hand. The more expensive a home is - the longer it takes to sell (unless your in NYC or LA). There is less of a buyers pool as you move up in price. You must be patient and discuss the marketing plan with your REALTOR.  ...
